SKD61 Material Flat Square Head Straight Ejector Pins With 52HRC
Product Overview
Ejector pins are made from the finest grade of SKD61 hotwork die steel. The heads are hot forged and stress relieved for uniform grain flow and high tensile strength. The surface is ion nitride coated to a hardness of HV 1000°±100°. The core of vacuumed pin is hardened to HRC 50+/-2. Our coating is done in a proprietary process that produces an ideal combination of toughness and long life. The high surface finish reduces friction and increases pin service life.
